2 Grey seals were spotted at separate times around 10 and 15 minutes into the trip inshore between Cym Tydu beach and New Quay headland.  A seal pup was seen on the rocks at Cym Tydu beach just out of view from the beach on the southern side.  Towards the end of the trip, around 12:30 5 dolphins were spotted just before New Quay headland.  4 adults and a calf were observed travelling easterly to variable direction.

Weather conditions; sea state 2 varying to 3; visibility > 10km; medium swell; south westerly wind

1 Female Atlantic Grey seal was spotted just past New Quay headland 15 minutes into the trip bottling in the water.  At 13:30 a seal pup was seen on the rocks by Cym Tydu.  2 more seals were sighted around Ynys Lochtyn in the water.  At 14:45 a pod of 10 dolphins were spotted just of New Quay headland.  These dolphins were observed leaping, travelling, and socialising. Another dolphin was spotted after this just inside the bay at the end of the trip.
