Marine Awareness North Wales (MANW) is a voluntary community group based in Bangor, North Wales and is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting marine conservation issues throughout the local and national community. Particular emphasis is placed on educating young people, in the belief they will grow up with love and respect for one of nature's most magnificent and rewarding environments.

MANW have an Education Centre and an Awareness Centre on Bangor pier and are a key player in implementing the objectives set out by the Anglesey Harbour Porpoise Action Plan. MANW co-ordinate the Aberffraw Coastcare group and also organise a series of events throughout North Wales.
