There were sightings in the first hour of the survey, with a single bottlenose dolphin sighted foraging east of the cardinal buoy. Over the next half hour it travelled across the bay close to the harbour wall, thought to be searching for prey whilst on the move. A group comprising of two adult bottlenose dolphins with one juvenile was also sighted between the cardinal buoy and the fish factory, travelling SE.

The first hour of this survey was busy, with sightings of bottlenose dolphins mainly in the area of the fish factory. A single bottlenose dolphin foraging was later joined by three adults and a juvenile, all of which travelled in across the bay. Thought to be searching for prey, they were last seen at the end of the hour heading rapidly out to sea in a group of at least five. One bottlenose dolphin was seen an hour later travelling NE from the harbour wall.

There were sightings throughout the survey, beginning with a single bottlenose dolphin seen travelling E off the harbour wall towards the cardinal buoy where it remained foraging before travelling back to the fish factory. In the second hour two bottlenose dolphins were sighted fast mingling and leaping near the fish factory. A further group of four bottlenose dolphins, including one juvenile, was seen in the last 15 minutes of the survey displaying the same behaviour E of the fish factory.

Four bottlenose dolphins were seen at the beginning of the survey slow mingling at the surface between the fish factory and the harbour wall. They moved towards the cardinal buoy, showing some leaping and fast mingling, before two were seen travelling back to the fish factory. In the second half of the survey two juvenile bottlenose dolphins and one adult were seen foraging near the cardinal buoy.
